CALLING MINDANAO POWER STAKEHOLDER'S TO ATTEND HEARING AT ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION ON MAY 17, 2017



The ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION will conduct a public hearing on the NAPOCOR/PSALM application to approve the Power Sales Agreement for all Mindanao
Distribution Utilities on May 17, 2017 at the Mindanao Field Office, 2nd Floor Mintrade Building, Sales Cor. Monteverde Street, Davao City.


It is imperative that concerned and affected stakeholders attend this most crucial case to
be heard.


Petitions for Intervention should be submitted by May 12, 2017 in order for the party(ies) to be
recognized and be able to actively participate in the proceedings.


This author has stopped his individual action to intervene since 2013, after being subjected to
every form of harassment from 2009 to 2013, where he stood up for the plight of Mindanao
Power Consumers.


This author is now deep in preparations to help Mindanao Distribution Utilities lower their cost
of Purchased Power as found in the Generation Charge
