THE NCCC MALL FIRE Lim, Hio Tiao SPRITUAL DIMENSION : Ten days have passed since the twin tragedies that befell Davao City, Typhoon VINTA and the NCCC MALL fire,  Davao City still has to thank Our Creator for the answered prayers with regards to the mild tremors that hit Davao Region on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. EARTH, WIND,  FIRE and WATER took a heavy toll in terms of lives lost and property damage, with the NCCC MALL taking the biggest blow with the biggest toll in both. This catastrophe is a WAKE UP CALL for all of us.
